This message is from: "Gail Russell" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I just learned about a recall of Dexter axles that were sold in 2006 on Titanium Fifth Wheel RV's. It apparently affects Dexter axles with disc brakes. If you purchased a horse trailer in the last year or so, and it has disc brakes, I would think it would be wise to call Dexter Manufacturing with your VIN number to see if it is subject to the recall. Apparently the bolts that hold the brake calipers on can shear off and cause a loss of braking power.
