Please consider making a donation to the auction to be held at the Winter Meeting of the MWFHC Feb. 23-25 at the Wahl Equestrian Center, Sterling, IL (northern part of Illinois). We're hoping that members will consider making a personal donation and/or soliciting donations from area businesses. What to bring? Ideas from the past auction include blankets, quilts, horse art work, pottery, hand-forged items, tack and grooming supplies, stationery, framed prints, clothing - the possibilities are endless! The auction will be held Saturday evening during and after the banquet. Donations can be brought to the Equestrian Center and we'll take it from there! If possible, please let us know in advance what you'll be bringing as well as the item's approximate value so we can prepare bidding sheets. Proceeds from this club fund-raiser will be used for a contribution to the warm-up arena at Blue Earth as well as donations to other non-profit groups.
