. In fact, for us, in addition to the Coggins (EIA) and Health Cert., for the past few years, we were only able to obtain our Health Certs 48 hours prior to leaving for the event due to outbreaks of Vesticular Stomatitis. Our veterinarian had to check the horses for any signs of this disease
