The baby is cute as a button even with his new name being Grendel! My vet was mighty pleased with him, rating him 'excellent' in good horse conformation. Ha. He breeds horses too so we have this discussion with every foal. Ha. Anyway, every once in a while I get a foal that I want to keep and he is one of them. I need to sell all these other horses. By the way, his pedigree is, Woodland's Jovan (sire) Quad L's Aubrey, dam out of Trixie and Rudaren. I quite like the Rudaren look and some of these grandkids I have got out of this mare are dead ringers for grandad.
