Greetings from Olivia Farm!

This is our first post to the list so for those of
you who we haven't already met, here's a little
description of our farm. My wife, Solveig and our two
kids, Levi and Ingrid live in Arlington, Washington
with our 11 Fjords. What originally began as a search
for a new trail riding horse has ultimately led us
down the road of the Fjord obsessed! Although many
breeds of horses have been on our farm, we have made
the decision to focus our efforts on the Fjord horse.
In the Fjords we have not only found wonderful trail
horses, but also horses that have introduced us to the
world of dressage, eventing, carriage driving,
drafting, etc., not to mention a whole host of friends
with whom we can share our passion.
At the end of a two-year search we purchased our
first stallion Anvil's Morgen last September and
expect our first Morgen baby near the end of August
(Morgen is quite efficient). Morgen is currently
available for outside breedings. A proven producer
with an excellent pedigree, outstanding conformation,
movement, and dashing good looks, we are sure you will
be able to appreciate this wonderful stallion. At the
tender young age of 17, Morgen will make his show
debut this fall in Libby, MT.
Though we debated about keeping him we are currently
offering for sale our grey yearling colt Kvikksølv
(Norwegian for Quicksilver). Kvikk, as we call him,
is by MVF Erlend and out of MVF Kariella (Karibu X
Milli). His full brother, RT Gandolf is standing at
stud in Michigan and has competed quite successfully
in open shows.
For more information on Morgen, Kvikk, or any of the
rest of us at Olivia Farm, please visit our web site

Since the Fjords are our favorite topic of
conversation around here, don't hesitate to send us an
email or give us a call as we would love to hear from
you.

Cheers!
