My daughter Megan and I are proud to be owned by three Fjords: Quinde, Inga, and Sabrina. We live in Oregon, in the foothills of the Cascades. Our main goal with our girls is to hunt, pack, and camp. We've taken a few lessons in driving though, and we're hooked so will continue learning that too. We took two of our girls to Libby this year and had a great time, it was a HUGE learning curve for us. We are also looking at joining the Sheriff's Posse. They do community involvement, mounted crowd control and mounted Search and Rescue. Like kids in a candy store, we want to try it all . We are trying to take it one step at a time though, and any suggestions, tips, lessons learned, or advice would be most appreciated!! I was wondering if any videos are still available of Libby and Winona? Finally, our mare Sabrina is having our first foal in 2007. I've been "googling" the internet like crazy trying to find a source for names and not having much luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go to find names?
