This message is from: Michele Noonan <fjordl...@hotmail.com> Hi Everyone. The weather has been Teasing us that spring is here.. We have been out riding and working with horses for most of the month. You watch we will have a foot of snow in a few weeks
We have been affected by the economy also.. We took a 30% pay cut... Ouch..but atleast we are still working! I still have 3 very nice now yearlings for sale. This is definitely the year for us to offer great deals to first time fjord owners or repeat owners. We have for your consideration.. WHR Axel and WHR Bjorgen (soon to be gelded) yearlings, born in April and May last year. These two are 1/2 brothers and boy do they look a lot alike.. Axel is a smidge taller than Bjorgen but in the winter we couldn't tell them apart well.. Anvil's Morgen is their sire. Dam of Axel is Freya ll and Dam of Bjorgen is Britta . Bjorgen took first place in the weanling class at Libby this fall. They both lead, trim, trailer, etc There is a picture of Bjorgen in the In hand trail class in the Libby section of the Fjord Herald, It was mis labeled WHR Chris,, but it is really Bjorgen Price is $999 each or a deal for the pair We also have an ever so sweet yearling gelding RED DUN WHR Kris.. He was born in the winter so he is quite a bit bigger than the other yearlings.. His mom is a drafty blue ribbon mare Two Rivers Kare and his sire is WHR Elsker He is a very sweet, calm fellow. He went to Libby and did the in hand trail class and halter.. He has a lot of bone and will be a good sized boy. He is exceptionally sweet. We are asking $1700 for him. You can go to our website WWW.Montanafjords.com to see more pictures,, but email us if you have any questions ( We are only 4 hours from Spokane Washington and even closer to Idaho) I do have them posted on the fjord list advertising also. We are looking forward to our only two babies this spring due end of April and early May! We also have been enjoying watching our young gray stallion OFI Skogen (OH Sadie-Flotren) figure out that he isn't a baby anymore.. He is two this year and is growing like a weed. We have been working with him a lot so that he remembers his manners while he figures out the testosterone! We attended the NFHR meeting in Seattle and had a wonderful time and came home refreshed and ready to plan the next few years evaluations and shows. Now I just need to find that pot of gold HAHA Michele Noonan Wild Hair Ranch Stevensville, MT _________________________________________________________________ Get more out of the Web.
