Carol and the rest of you that would like to see pedigrees at Turlock. We would love to provide you with the list. IF ONLY we could get the horses that go to the show to sign up ahead of time. See at TURLOCK, we (the show management) are ALL IMPORTS to the Turlock area. That means we come from all over to put the show on. I do not travel with printer and computer in my truck and trailer with the Fjords, Carts, Ribbons and show supplies. WE print the BOOKLET up 1-2 weeks prior to the show. When I am at the show, I do not have time to search out a KINKOS or other place to type up a list of pedigrees at the LAST moment. IF we had PRE ENTRIES... Like at the Evaluations where there is time to prepare a nice layout and copies, I would gladly do it. I believe it is mainly the lack of time prior to a show start that people enter late and pedigrees are not listed. WE at TURLOCK do ask that the horse pedigree are stabled to the stalls and EVERYONE is welcome back at the BARNS. So those that want more information on the horses can get it. But you have to go to the Barns to get it. We at Turlock are ALWAYS LOOKING for VOLUNTEERS. If any of you are willing to sit at KINKOS late at night on Friday September 22, 2000 in Turlock and type up the Pedigree List. I am sure I can get the Show Committee to budget the expense of running copies off for those that want the information. (But then again that list will not have the post entry horses on it... Since, horses do enter on Saturday and Sunday also... Hmmm) Great Idea Carol and others... The greatest thing now... is that we have it on the computer now, thanks to the powers that be. Catherine
