Because of all the rain we've had here in California, one of my Fjords has a pot mark type rash on his face and chest. Not festering, may be rubbing on the face but not on the chest... there are rasberries growing and I'm wondering if he has gotten into them? I'm having our vet out but thought I would ask. Also, they feed wheat/oat hay during the summer and I thought that could have caused the change. Changed back to alphafa immediately.... then put on fly masks, incase it was caused by them, my dad would have laughed seeing them peering back at us looking that silly. But we will do anything for their ease and comfort, right?
