You can purchase hats made by Columbia at any of the major sporting goods store that have both the front and back flaps you were describing. It also has a cord to tighten it. The one I have fits over my helmet. 2. The PNFPG will have flexible visors for sale at the Libby show which fit under my helmet to provide face shade. (Nothing like a plug for a new item, huh!
