You're way tooo nice Tiff, thank you for all the kind words. I will give the credit to your super adorable loveable gelding, Geir. He is a doll!!!! FCF has another Gray Gelding on the farm, but just for a short period. Tonka, a nice gelding that Nancy Hotovy sold to Bonnie Mac Curdy,is here for the month of Sept. Tonka is here at the FCF Hub, waiting for Lisa Pederson to take him home to CA and Bonnie. Tonka is VERY level headed and another super gelding to work with. He has only been at FCF a few days but I already know he is a true blue Fjord. Taking the trailer ride from MI to WI, totally in stride. Being introduced to a new farm, new horses,new surrounding, all in stride. AND, me working with him right away, showing me he is calm, level headed and a thinker, LOVE those traits. I really love that about Fjords, and I pray we NEVER lose that in the breed. He's an Erlend Grandson. Way to go Erlend! He's also very balanced, with good movement. Always liked that in Erlend's offspring. Fair Acres Ole made it to WA and is showing everyone there, just what a Fjord should be. Willing , confident, bold and brave, all wrapped up in love and gentleness. I hope that people out west take advantage of this stallion being there. The boy is almost human in his thinking. I REALLY miss seeing him in my pasture,but I know it's the BEST thing for him and am very happy knowing how much love and joy he is bringing to a new family.
