This message is from: Linda Lehnert <lindalehn...@hotmail.com> Trade is a two-way street. There is nothing wrong with importing horses or cats or guinea pigs or anything else. They buy from us too. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the alcohol swabs for injections I bought recently at the pharmacy in Poland: they were made in China! Some economies are export-driven, i.e. China, Germany, etc. All of the Fjords were originally imported into the US and Canada since they are not native to N. America. If they hadn't been imported, none of you in N. America would have any Fjords.
Heather, the guinea pigs on your website are beautiful, but with 4 cats, including Klein Max the German farm tiger (weighs 11 kg, best scorpion killer I've ever seen and I lived in Mexico where they are in abundance) and HM Queen Sonja the other one (self-crowned, formerly an asylum seeker, best rodent control engineer I've ever seen - natural born killer, only kills, doesn't eat), plus Minke and Schneeball, I don't think a guinea pig or any other small animal would last too long. Yours have really beautiful fur. Do they shed much? The weather is glorious now. I'm so glad winter is over!
