shouldn't have any worries
that said, what you're describing is really sounding like a rich media

shouldn't be a problem afaik. The only issues you will run into will be
security sandbox stuff which you'll need to set on the domain that the form
script resides on. I would speak to google about resolving security issues
on the banner itself

i want users to submit their URL to our servers, for us to evaluate,
and then return a Result back into the Flash banner.
