One thing that IE had over other browsers wrt flash was to install the plugin without restarting or having the user run an installer. Recently, sites I have using swfobject no longer seem to auto-install flash on IE. Anybody else notice this? I'm currently using IE 7, but I think the same goes for IE8... oh and obviously this is on windows
