I need one help about DividedBox. I have two panel inside my
HDividedBox. During resizing, when any of my panel width 100 pixels
the user will not be able to resize them further. How can I do this?

Why you are scaling stage size?You just need to scale your video
Object or movieClip.

But I could not find any.
But there is an alternate solution to this. Create an AIR application
and give it look and feel same as that of an widget.
Doing this is pretty simple.

But why you need to refresh the whole page, you can just hit the API and get
the list of images again from the server. And render according to the new
data and that will include the newly uploaded image.
Or are you tryng to acheive something different, may be I am not gettg you
