HI All, I am facing issue with Flex 4. I want to display image in datagrid coloumn. The path for the image is in DB. I am able to fetch the path properly. However image is not displayed.I am populating arrycollection and in slidePath variable i am able to get assets/pic1.PNG here is my item render
