[flexcoders] Very slow initial load and an excessive CPU usage during startup

I am using Flex front end and Java/Hibernate for DB communication. When the application starts up fast and a login screen is displayed. After a user logs in the application logs in I get an Alert within a second or two confirming that the login information was correct and a user with a certain ID
