SnapLogic is an early stage start-up looking for a QA Engineer who can
build a complete automated test system for our Flex GUI application.
This job is for our first full-time QA position, so this person needs
to be comfortable building our GUI test harness from scratch (using
tools such as Silk, WinRunner, QTP, etc.).

Job Title:   Senior QA Engineer
Location:    San Mateo, CA
Description:

As a QA engineer in the engineering team, you will be responsible for
the design, implementation, and automation of the testing of our
graphical Data Integration Designer tool. You will work with
development to design and execute tests that check the software for
adherence to specifications, reliability and ease of use. A solid
background in graphical software QA is essential. An ideal candidate
will have several years experience with automated graphic UI testing
tools and be able to clearly communicate and concisely report defects
to the developers. Specific experience with data integration, data
warehousing and ETL tools is highly desired.

Summary of Qualifications:

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 4+ years QA experience in a client-server architecture.
* 2+ years test automation experience using tools such as Silk,
WinRunner or others.
* Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows.
* Experience with development of test specifications, test
procedures, test plans and test reports.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on the delivery of high
quality software.
* Must be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate
clearly both verbally and in writing.
* Experience with Adobe Flex preferred but not required.
