feature list:
-draggable panel
-collapsable panel (on double click)
-draggable and fixed mode in canvas
-move panel inside the canvas (when in draggable mode)
-automatically resort the panel from top to down (when in fixed mode)
-win/mac style multi-panel-drag-and-move
-panels can be drag and dropped into other component (like a list or datagrid), it's implemented using DragManager.
-support dataProvider (Array, ArrayList....)
todo:
-drag and resize the panel (with a handler at the bottom-right corner)
-incoporate a rich text editor at the bottom bar (considering using a RTE component since it's a panel itself).
