I prefer PureMVC as if you have any multi-platform development (say Flex and PHP, Flex and Java), there are PureMVC implementations for each platform. You can leverage PureMVC knowledge across platform teams, (hopefully) get better code, implement more cohesive standards, manage risk etc, etc etc.
