[flexcoders] Flex Library Project Manifest Options

I'm trying to build my swc from a Flex Library Project and having  
difficulty added a component manifest.

In project properties -> compiler options, i added a url and manifest  
file, and i get a unknown namespace error.

Is this a bug?
