[flexcoders] How to hide the disclosure icon in AdvanceDataGrid

Hi All,
        I am working with AdvancedDataGrid control.
I have to hide the disclosure icon's of particular item only in the grid based 
on certain conditions.
can any one help me to solve this problem.
