[flexcoders] no autocomplete for CSS in external file?

Ok, maybe it's me. I'm used to working in the CSS Design View in FB3 and being able to create CSS on a class and see it right there... Now it seems that if I'm working with an external CSS file, I can't autocomplete ANYTHING... so my choice is to go into the regular design view, futz with wha
