I gotta say I totally agree it would be incredibly cool. I am doing some
stuff in AIR with the HTML control that has nothing to do with local access.
The only reason not to include it (and its a big one) is the fact that adobe
wants to keep the size of the player down. Of course in the next few yea
the code below is an app that I used Judah's HTMLcontrol.swc for - in
three places. While it mostly works, the fact that it uses IFrames and
javascript is still a compromise. No disrespect to Judah but I'm
trying to totally remove the influence of the browser - that's why I'm
using Flash in the fi
