ya just go to the Eclipse.ini or right click and click properties, then it says
something along the line of mem and change that. The default is 256 make it
like 512

One thing we learned from one of the adobe guys is that when you have build
automatically turned on and you hit save twice, the second time Flex Builder
has to wait till the first recompile finished before it can start a second.
So it sounds weird, but by being aware of when we hit save and actual
