Look up cf-talk and post it there. This is definitely not a flex question. You're better off using the built in image utilities in CF8 if you have access to that version. It works way better than imageCFC. If not, look at the help files and example documentation or check the forum. Start here: http://www.opensourcecf.com/imagecfc/
Image manipulation is not a simple thing and you're probably not going to get someone to just hand you a script.
