Take Care to make a copy of you current version. Or unzip it in another folder
and import you database to it. I TRYED IT AND I COULDN'T TRANSMIT IN SSB. I'm
going to wait for a while and try a newer release. It looks great but 6.2 works
great too and I need to work with the radio everyday.

Martin,
I'm not sure why this would happen. Do you have VAC setup to use the Delta
44 is some way? We do adjust the input/output settings to the correct
levels (-10dBv or +4dBu) through the delta 44 dll, but we don't
(intentionally) change the DMA buffer setting.

Eric,
I just tried your settings for optimal CW-operation and it seems that the
Delta44 DMA-Buffersize always is being reset to 2048 after PowerSDR is
started. (using latest SVN-release) Am I doing something wrong ?

Just a heads up.
Not all USB ports seem to be created equally when it comes to using
the Flex USBIO cable.
In my case, the USB ports on the front of my computer work with the Flex
USBIO cable but the USB ports on the rear do not. The rear ports are
functional for other USB devices but not the
Tim,
It sounds like the USB adapter you have isn't playing nice with the driver.
Make sure that you used the USBIO.exe file from our download page to install
the driver.
The CTASIO warning comes from having a Creative Labs product previously
installed and now the driver is complaining. Do a sear
you don't really need the entire SVN folder set to
make it work. All you really need are the files in

set up under SVN all you will have to do is download
the newly released files, usually just PowerSDR.exe

For optimal CW operation, you need to fine tune some settings. First, use
96kHz (Setup -> Audio -> Sample Rate). Also, set the audio buffer size to
512 (Setup -> Audio -> Buffer Size). Set the DSP buffer size to 2048 for
maximum filter sharpness (Setup -> DSP -> Buffer Size).
Finally, set the D
This is directly related to the USB issue. Let's get that resolved and this
will take care of itself.

Be sure to unzip the folders with their proper placement. You will
need to copy your databases into the new folder you unzip these files
