Ed,
Did you start with a new database? You should but then remember to
select "output to VAC" under direct I/Q in the VAC setup menu in
PowerSDR...
I think that you also need to select either Direct Sound or Window
WDM-KS in the VAC Setup in PowerSDR too.

MS broke it again in SP3, so you should load kb955408 for SP3.

This is the ARRL National convention as well so it should be well attended.
