Given the narrow-band nature of WSPR, I am having trouble seeing the
advantage of running I/Q mode. What am I missing?

Dumb question coming... what is the I/Q function? Steady on me boys... I don't
have me glasses to read the manual.

If anyone is using I/Q with WSPR 2.21 shoot me a message on how you have
it configured. My google-fu is weak.

I'm sure the band conditions were doing the heavy lifting.

Just for grins, I tried 10 meters starting on 29.600, FMN at drive level 40,
stepped to 28.400, USB and then to 28.600, USB and experienced the same
result with the drive level dropping to 16, 6, 2 and 0 every time I came to
the register with the FMN mode. Appears to be a problem with the FMN mode
This is a known bug with FM modes where the driver level decreases. It will be
addressed in 2.1 which will have other FM fixes in it (like pre-emphasis that
works)

I was operating my Flex 5000A+Rx2+ATU+V/U, PSDR v2.0.20 RC2 with i7 CPU
running 64 bit Win 7 on 6 meters and experienced the following condition
when stepping through the band stacking register.
Started on 52.525, FMN, drive level 40,
stepped to 50.125, USB, drive level 40,
stepped to 50.165
Of course, a few sun spots don't hurt either ;-)
