Hello Brian:
I've been using the Flex 5000 with WSJT for a couple of years now. The
program sits idle until you click AUTO or MONITOR. Your sound card
selection might be correct, but you won't see any waterfall activity
until you activate the program.

Trying to run WSJT on my Flex 5000.
I selected Line 2 which is Audio Device 2 for Audio In
and Line 1, which is Audio Device 11 for Audio Out. Using Device 4 fails.
Not seeing anything on the decode screen, and adjusting the volume has no
affect on the Rx Noise screen (-39 dB) or the other scre
