I run a Flex 3K under 64 bit Windows 7 on a plenty fast i7 PC. I use PowerSDR 2.3.5 (couldn't get latest release to behave). Every thing runs great except every so often (several times a day) the audio gets raspy but is immediately corrected by shutting off, then quickly turning back on

Alan - It is really not likely to be PSDR, but it is likely that something is setting off a cluster DPCs. If the DPCs are long enough it will mess up the buffering of data. There is a DPC monitor in PSDR (there used to be - I am not at my radio PC to check). Try running that, I average 120 us,
