Is there an adapter for the 1/4" mike jack to a RJ-45 on the Flex-3000?

I've had no problem like that with my 1500 and hVe fun it for three hears.

I submitted a support request on the 14th and I have gotten only one
response from Flexradio shortly after I submitted it.
I am 99% sure it is a hardware problem, because my external mic plugged
into the Flex3000 just stop working and hasn't worked since.

I have downloaded Linrad, and want to try to configure for my Flex-5000A, but
so far no luck. It stops when I try to set up the sound card. The configuration
program displays the available ports, but I cannot select anything from the DOS
box.
Anyone out there who knows how to configure?
