Hi!
It would be useful for us remote users to have VAC2 enabled on very same
receiver too. (flex3k or 5k)
I.E.
I am using VAC1 with i/q enabled for CWskimmer and need to use additional
sound blaster to receive NF getting it out of headphones jack. If there
would be VAC2 I would introduce it as an
VAC2 is for the second receiver which the 3000 does not have as an option.
The 5K does use the VAC2 if you have the second receiver installed.

Hi George, N1NAZ
I also have a 3000, the VAC2 in PowerSDR is used for the second receiver on
the 5000a.
So the only way you could drive two audio lines into VAC would to use a
program (if one exist)
to repeat or split the output audio from PowerSDR to two inputs for VAC.
I've never heard of
Having been a Windows programmer, it's easier to just gray out a button
than to eliminate VAC2 and replace it with a single button "VAC". Which
would be better? But, yes, I always wondered what "VAC2" was for since
it is "ghosted" with my F3K.
Now, being reminded that F5K has a double capabilit
Yes, VAC2 is for RX2 in the flex-5000.

Hello
Is there a way to have both VAC1 and VAC2 active? I cant seem to get VAC2 to
un-ghost so I can select it. This is with the flex 3000 and PowerSDR 2.6.4
Although it was the same with 2.6.3.
I have to VAC’s setup in the VAC program.
I cant find anything in the Manual the forums or KB.
I've been using ProcessLasso (paid version) for a couple of years, and
have found it to be outstanding. I had already set up PowerSDR to run as
you suggested, and it does make a difference. Good suggestion Gary.
