[Flexradio] VOX Button Inoperative

Help!! I cannot enable VOX on my 5000, 2.7.2, Win 7 system. I do not have the "Disable PTT" box checked, I am in LSB or USB and the" All Mode Mic PTT" box is checked. Any ideas what I have missed? I use a foot switch for 99% of my voice operation, but would like the VOX option sometimes. T
