Anyone know what typical time is to get a response after shipping an item back
for repair. Even a confirmation of receiving the item?

Running PSDR 2.7.2 under XP SP3 with a Flex3K and screwdriver vertical.
A. First the antenna would not tune on any band, so I swapped it for
a backup, no help.
B. Did a reboot of the PC and a 5' power cycle on the F3K, still no help.
C. Did a one hour power cycle of the F3K and the PC, all is
