My recent help ticket was acknowledged nearly within minutes after the open of
normal business hours this last Monday.

business hours of submission, but on days when the support load is high,
it may take up to 8 business hours.
I just looked at our HelpDesk ticket queue and I do not see any open
tickets from you. There were two tickets
