[Flexradio] New Release of Flex 6300 will not install on the radio (1.7.30)

This new version will not upload to my Flex 6300. I get a message to the effect that the software is incompatible with the radio. This happened with the last release as well. Win10 and up to date. I can still open the radio using the release 1.6.17.74 (at least that is the HW version on the flex).
