I have downloaded PowerSDR 1.18.6 from the public SVN server. There is a KB
article on how to use TortoiseSVN to do this. It will compile nicely using
Visual Studio .NET 2003.

You can get the source code to PowerSDR 2.16.0 by sending a request to
g...@flex-radio.com.it needs Visual Studio 2008 to build it. I have tried to
build it with the Visual Studio Express editions and ran into problems with
the PowerSDR console finding the DttSP.dll when it runs.

I'm hoping to get my hands on Visual Studio 2008 Standard edition soon. Its
about the same price as a digital temperature controlled soldering
station--which is what I would need to modify a "hardware-defined" radio.
I'll post again if I can successfully compile PowerSDR 2.16.0 with VS 2008
Standard.
