[Flexradio] flex 3000

I have a gigabyte computer running 3 gig dual core windows 7 64 bit computer my cpu % is high it says system interrupts under windows task manger is running about 25 to 35 cpu % i am not great on computers can any one tell me what this is i have all updated drivers for windows 7 home thanks for
