[Flexradio] Flex 3k ib PSK31

I am a W7 user also. It took me two trys but everything went in fine. Only problem I have found so far is on 6 meters. When turning with the mouse wheel, the Panadapter jumps and the audio has a crackle to match the jumps. I don't use 6 that much so not something to make a stink about. Go a
