[Flexradio] Flex 1500 & WSPR set up

Hi all, once again I need your help in configuring WSPR using my flex 1500 the program receives OK but I cannot get the flex to go into TX! Can someone explain if I need to sett up a PTT port to TX or do I use the cat control to put the flex into TX or do I need to configure both the PTT and CAT
