The only way I cured this with my 3000 was to sell it and buy a 6500.

It has a digital voltmeter and ammeter and is adjustable from the front.

Since the Flex 3000 is the size of a laptop, this should work great to cool

OK, I'm back from Dayton, and went to all the FLEX demos.
I've had my 3000 for about 9 months, running fine on a Dell laptop with WIN7
32bit.
Today, I installed VAC 4.10.0.2536 according to the instructions on the Flex
web site. It seemed to install correctly, shows what it should when I fire
up
I've had it happen to me a few times with my F3K. I just hit the STOP button
in PSDR and then hit the START and it clears up.
Win 7, pro 32, ECO applied, and all the latest F3K software, etc.
