I thought this was sold, but the buyer had some financial issues over the
weekend, and is unable to buy the rig.
Mint condition, 5000A with tuner. No second receiver. Updated at Flex
about a year or so ago. I don't know what they did at that time, but I
imagine an inquiry with Dudley
Gents.
As new. Works perfectly. Was back to Flex one time for upgrades, but that
was a year or so ago. Thought I'd list it here before putting in on
QTH.com as you all have a passion for the radio already. Very much enjoyed
owning the radio, but time to move on to other stuff.

Well, as a veteran of the callsign wars, here's the skinny:
The callsign assignment program is a lottery style system. If there is more
than one applicant for a particular callsign, the applications are put in
the hat and one applicant is drawn as the winner, supposedly

putting the hammer down on it's retailers...if you have Vista on one
machine, you have it on all machines in the store.
So, after another inquiry, I was told that you should simply order a new PC
without an operating system

There are numerous places to purchase excellent new machines running XP.
I would check with a local computer shop or online somewhere near you.
Check around.
