Yes I noticed this before, but only when the antenna is not connected, Not
noticeable when the noise rises with antenna connected.

were unable to regulate it.
Actually the original fans are incorrectly rated... my tests show that they are
closer to 34CFM using an airflow meter.

Ultimately the original fans have a very high output (38 cubic feet per min) at
12v (and probably even more at 13.8v). This is probably to allow for the worst
