Joe I use the Griffin First the knob is not free spinning. Second the driver for the Griffin is not locked to PowerSDR. That means that you have to switch to the PowerSDR screen so that it is the active screen to use the knob.
Normally I use my mouse to QSY quickly and use the Griffin to fine tune. If you use DDUtil and look at the RCP tab you will see that K6TD & K6TU have a tuning knob in the works but nothing commercial yet.
