PORTMON normally shows the opening/closing activity as well as the
traffic. So my conclusion is that rigctl is not getting as far as
opening the correct port ( or any port ?? )

I'm running VSPmanager as my virtual com port redirector. Both the com
ports are in control
I did find this on the WSPR forum that I will have to give a try to.
Worst case, is I will try using 2 hardware ports and a cable.
