Tim, Congratulations! Yep, the Flex-5000 really rocks! Yesterday, I got VP6DX on both 20m & 17m and also TI9KK on both 20m & 17m. All were on 1st call except for the VP6DX on 20m. All were using a 160m off-center fed dipole @ 27'. Two all-time new ones for me & on 2 different bands to boot! 7

I was working from home today (a case of Daytonaitis and a cold) and I tuned into VP6DX on 20m working a wide split. He was only S5 on the loop with a lot of QSB. I tailed ended a call and got him on the first try. An all time new one! 5 minutes later the band faded and he was gone. Me thin
