Get your self a Heil Boom set with the HC5 element. You will not need to
take the mixer. Just plug the Heil directly into the D44 MIC position. Set MIC
level to 60-70-choose the level that lets you achieve a 0 db on the ALC meter
about 85% of the time. Set your transmit filter to Low of 100

Although I guess I could figure it out, but does anyone have
the setup connections and perhaps beginning parameters for using the Berringer
802 with the SDR-1000. Would help if some of these diagrams were in addendums
to the manual.

settingsdepend on the microphone you are using.
Use the first column of controls. Disregard all other controls except as
noted below.
Setall controls to the detent [default] position, or 12 o'clock
position.
