Looks like no joy using DDUtil as a splitter.
I have full given DDUtil full access permissions.
I don't know much about DDUtil but I have tried "Repeater" and "RPC" and
"Passive"
Works fine by its self.
Maybe Windows 7 64 will not share COM ports at all?
