[Flexradio] Flex-3000 motorboating

I am a new owner of a Flex-3000. I have a situation in CW mode (maybe other modes too, I'm not sure) where the receiver starts motor boating at seemingly random times. It's easily fixed by stopping and restarting the radio. There is probably something I can tweak but what is it? 73, Rich - W3Z
